I Just Want Back In Your Head, I'm Not Unfaithful But I'll Stray, When I Get A Little Scared...

Lauren and I at the OC Fair- we saw Queens of the Stone Age
I keep wanting to blog and then when I get to the computer I feel like nothing is worthy. Which is just silly- its not like I was writing really interesting things on this blog before. So I shall continue with the mundane- if thats cool with everyone. Lately, it seems that I have become the queen of concerts- which is just a good time, period. And because my last list was quite some time ago, I am going to hit you with another:
What I have been up to-
- I've seen four concerts all good for different reasons: Queens of The Stone Age- One of the best concerts I have seen ever. I am in love with their song Make It Wit Chu'- thats some baby making music, folks; Tegan & Sara- Is it wrong to be in love with Sara and want to be her as well- ehh? It was at the Malibu Performing Arts Center, which was such a nice venue cause everyone is just so close to the stage; Heart and The Bangles- ok so we didn't make it to actually see The Bangles. But Ann and Nancy Wilson were still amazing! Ann's voice is crazy (yeah it will go crazy on you...), her rendition of The Who's Love Reign O'er Me seriously gave me goosebumps; and then Sunday capped off with a concert from Suburban Legends (my sister knows the drummer)- not really my style of music but damn these guys do their thing. They put on a great show complete with crazy dance moves.
- going to the OC Fair- the photo booths there are awesome. Plus who doesn't want to see junior mints running around as well as drunk middle aged folks. Its all love. Oh yeah, and whats with the super-sized food- giant turkey leg anyone? anyone?
- Hanging out with my cousin and her friend who came to visit via Chicago. We went to Knott's Berry Farm- I am diggin' on the Silver Bullet ride.
- Totally failing on just buying necessities. Note to self: no, its not necessary to get a plastic godzilla for the bookcase.
- Working on artwork that will adorn the walls of my house. The beige is starting to kill me.
- watching Shark Week and My Boys
- we all went on a run yesterday (me, Jazz my dog and my sister) and let me tell you, I am sorer than a mother today!

watch out for the beige man, the beige will try to kill you
