I love getting catalogs in the mail. Its like as pleasant surprise at the end of the day and believe me, I look through even the old lady, no one could possibly need these things ones. My favorites however are Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters. They are more than catalogs. Its like they are mini-art books filled with nice photos and inspiration. I saw so many things that I wanted in these two stores that I have decided to try to create some of the looks myself. So now I have my brother's girlfriend making this necklace for me- she's a jewelry genius. I would much rather have something that someone I know made it than buy it from a store and now I can have it exactly how I want it- I am bossy like that you know.

Sidenote: There is a Flicker group that has regular people take pictures of their daily outfits and explain them. Kind of like a fashion from the masses type of thing. I love the pictures of the people in thrifted clothing- especially the indie looking ones. Check it here.
