Sometimes its ok to turn off the noise- the tv, the radio, iTunes- and sing. Sometimes its good to be in bed before 10 and try to get some quality dream time in, hopefully something transpires...

You know, I was just thinking that about the noise. I was saying some prayers in the car and I turned off the music and I forgot to turn it back on and as I drove all the way down Venice beach, I was just thinking how peaceful it was
